Andreas Naujoks has his roots in strategic and operational management work at international medical technology companies. As Sales Director and Vice President Sales & Marketing, he was a member of senior management for over 15 years and knows all too well the major challenges managers face every day. During this time, he developed a finely attuned sense of the talents required for successful business and organisational development. After 20 years in the medical technology industry, he switched to management consultancy for market access management, where he advised young companies. Four years prior to founding Passion4Talents, he worked as Executive Consultant at a renowned Swiss human resources consultancy, where he was responsible for the business development of the Healthcare segment.
Geertje Achterberg discovered her passion for human resource management early on. After studying business administration, she started in the area of recruitment and development and gained a total of more than 15 years of experience in various international HR Management functions in the healthcare sector.
With this wealth of experience, she then specialized in the subjects of Talent Management and Human Capital Diagnostic Tools. Using digital assessment systems she supports customers in recognizing the actual strengths and motivators of their employees and candidates, to successfully retain talents and select the best fit.
Heiko Sailer is a medical technology engineer with profound knowledge in the fields of quality management, organisational development and corporate management. He brought his expertise to internationally renowned MedTech companies over many years. Among others, he was Director of Quality Management and most recently Managing Technical Director of a medium-sized company in southern Germany. Thus, he is familiar with all facets of quality management. With over 15 years of industry experience, Heiko Sailer supports Passion4Talents in the targeted selection of candidates for this functional area.
Dagmar Mahnke studied German language and literature as well as Romance languages and literatures, and later, she also completed a distance learning programme in the field of marketing. She has extensive professional experience as an assistant to senior management in a large number of sectors, ranging from electroplating and electrical technology, automotive design to medical technology. Communication and organisation are the essence of her world, and editorial work is her passion. She supports Passion4Talents in all of these capacities.
