We will provide you with a solidly objective, written candidate report. In this report, we will give you our estimation as to whether the candidate is a ‘good fit’. Our report will include, besides the assessment of the candidate’s professional and personal qualification, any elements that require further clarification.
In the typical course of a project, we personally take part in the candidate’s presentation and take on the role of a moderator. We also remain available to our client and the candidate as advisors during the decision-making process.
